Uri Amit
Principal and Chief Executive Officer

Uri Amit has a  Masters of Science (M.Sc.)  in Environment Sciences and has worked in the environmental field for over 30 years  including the Ministry of the Environment and the department of Environmental Engineering at Tahal.  While working for Tahal, Mr. Amit managed, in cooperation with a foreign environmental consulting  company, the first comprehensive investigation of soil contamination at an Israel Military Industry at Nof Yam.  Beginning in 1998, he began providing private consulting, and has managed and performed numerous projects in the field of soil and groundwater contamination for clients in the public sector and private sector. These projects included, among others, historical surveys and investigation of contaminated soil, soil gas and groundwater.

Bill Zwiren
Principal and Chief Engineer

Bill Zwiren has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business and Civil Engineer, and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (M.S.C.E) where he specialized in Geotechnical Engineering. He has over 25 years of experience performing site characterizations of soil, soil gas and groundwater contaminated, feasibility studies, and the design of systems for the remediation of contaminated soils and groundwater. As a project manager and engineer for CH2M HILL, a leading environmental consulting firm in the U.S.,  Mr. Zwiren performed investigations and remediation designs for a  major Chemical plants (DuPont, Hoecht Chemicals), NASA, Pratt & Whitney, Coca Cola, Petroleum Pipe Line companies (Plantation Pipe Line and Colonial Pipeline), major U.S. Oil companies, the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and more. Over the past 14 years in Israel, Mr. Zwiren has performed hundreds of soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations and designed and implemented remediation at over 50 sites throughout Israel.

Yoni Danor
Yoni Danor graduated from Tel Hai College with a B.Sc. degree in Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences. He also graduated from the Hebrew University with a M.Sc. degree in Environmental Quality. In his thesis, Yoni studied the microbial degradation of pharmaceutical substances in soil. Mr. Danor has worked for ADAMA since 2011 and has experience in soil, soil gas and groundwater sampling.

Daniel Dvir
Daniel Dvir
Daniel Dvir graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with B.Sc. degree from the department of Soil and Water Sciences. Mr. Dvir has worked at Adama since 2011 and has experience in soil and ground water sampling and  installation, operation and monitoring of  remediation systems for treating contaminated soils and groundwater.

Omer Yahalomi
Omer Yahalomi graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology with a B.Sc. degree in Agricultural Engineering. Mr. Yahalomi has worked for ADAMA since 2012 and has experience in soil, soil gas and groundwater sampling and remediation systems design.

Boaz Friedman graduated from Ben Gurion University with a B.Sc. degree in Geology and Environmental Sciences. Mr. Friedman has been working for ADAMA since 2011.. Mr. Friedman has experience in soil, soil gas and groundwater sampling.

Ben Dror
Ben Dror graduated from Haifa Institution of Technology with a B.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Dror worked for Technion Research and Development Foundation for research on membrane pollutant removal efficiency, and for “ADAMA” since 2013. He has experience in environmental planning and soil, soil gas, and groundwater sampling.

Rinat Shenkar Weill
Rinat Shenkar Weill
Rinat Shenkar graduated from the University of Johannesburg with an LLB law degree and an English literature degree. She has been working in the administrative/legal sphere for over 4 years and has recently joined Adama.

Oren Yogev
Oren Yogev
Oren graduated from Technion –  Israel Institute of Technology, and has  a B.Sc. in Environmental Engineering. Oren has experience in research of Grey water, Effluent and Environmental consulting. In 2014, he joined the Adama team.

Asaf Edri is a 2nd year student for soil and water at the Hebrew university. Asaf has been working at Adama since 2014 and deals with monitoring and remediation systems.
